The Client

Our multi award winning client provides design, install and maintenance of forward thinking, sustainable energy systems to many, diverse public and private businesses. Their energy solutions are innovative and can be individually tailored for each clients requirements. Due to their volume of work scheduled they have available two Pre-Construction Manager positions.

The Roles and their Responsibilities

  • Overall management of all relevant aspects of the pre-construction phase.
  • Keeping the project in line with all procedures, company policies and all relevant legislations.
  • Effective management of financial costings and timings to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Taking responsibility for the sub-contractors suitability to ensure health and safety compliance on site.
  • Being capable of representing the company on projects and able to take responsibility for decision making relating to works.
  • Regular attendance at meetings to report project progress, review contracts and handover the projects.
  • Be able to adhere to company procedures.
  • Complete documentation for deadlines.
  • Manage supply chains to optimum effectiveness. 

The Individuals

Our client is looking for applicants who can effectively lead and influence on projects of a mid to high range value, candidates who are financially and commercially aware. You must be able to prioritise workloads whilst effectively managing the project.

Skills and Qualifications

You will ideally have several years' experience in a similar role and have a HNC level qualification in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent!) 

Salary and Package

There is an excellent remuneration package and salary for these roles as our client can offer up to £70K for suitable applicants.
