They are recruiting for a Lead Mechanical Project Engineer for a high value project in Manchester City Centre.

The Role and its Responsibilities

As an experienced Lead Mechanical Project Engineer you will be able to bring to the role the following expertise: 

• Working alongside the Planners on sequence of works
• Previous industry knowledge of sub-contractors and supply chains 
• Ensurance that deadlines for scheduled workloads are met
• Collaboration with the Design Department to ensure satisfactory results for both client and company
• Guaranteeing the quality of installations on works
• Overseeing project from design stage through to handover
• Holding responsibility for all building services on the project

The successful candidate will be a career driven individual with experience in a similar role. You must be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with all levels of co-workers and lead an effective team.

Skills and Qualifications

• HNC level qualification in Building Services Engineering Previous successful experience in a Lead Mechanical Project Engineer role.

Salary and Package

Our client offers a favourable £50-55K salary plus car/allowance, pension and healthcare.
