The Client

Our client is a leading global contractor in the building services market and have numerous UK regional offices capable of providing local support for its clients. They will be self-delivering the MEP on a prestigious Northampton based new build scheme and are looking for two experienced M&E Quantity Surveyors to work on this £70 million M&E project.

The Role and its Responsibilities

You will be required to provide financial and commercial support including, but not limited to:

• Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
• Preparing bills of quantities
• Assisting with Pricing Variation accounts and sub-contract accounts.
• Life cycle and whole life cost analyses
• Providing the weekly reports (Progress and Contract) to Senior Managers.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualified at degree level or working towards relevant industry qualifications.
