The Client

Our client is a prestigious M&E services provider offering award winning tailormade packages for their customers. Covering all areas within the M&E field, from design to installation, they excel at providing cost effective, bespoke solutions for projects. They currently require a Mechanically biased M&E Project Manager for a new build hotel at Manchester airport.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Compilation of detailed tender reports and schedules
• Production of written reports throughout the projects lifespan
• Full comprehension of Project Scheduling and Strategies
• Management of design consultants and site contractors
• To lead interviews and meetings
• Team management
• Overseeing of sub contractors on site
• Responsible for quality of works produced
• H&S knowledge 

The Individual 

We are looking for a fully experienced candidate who has a proven track record of successfully working on high value projects from the bid stage, to project completion and handover. You must have excellent communication skills, with a good understanding of the commercial implications on projects. 

Skills and Qualifications

HNC or equivalent qualification and experienced in a similar role

Salary and Package

Our client is offering a very favourable £60-63K salary and excellent benefits for this Mechanical Project Manager role.
