Experience

We opened the doors to recruit in 2007. We’ve supported a lot of the same clients since our beginning and continually add more as we develop new relationships along the way. Our key to success is ensuring we look after our clients and provide them with the best possible choices of candidates. Along the way we have expanded with them, grown our relationships within their office networks and now work UK wide with the majority.

Making A Difference

We network in our industry daily. We call, we go to sites, offices; we like to meet and greet a lot! We have a strong reputation as a confidential and capable recruitment company. It allows us to get access to a lot of candidates that come via recommendation, the best type of candidate in our opinion. We choose to discuss a role openly with candidates, it’s their choice if they want to be considered for the role. We never just send someone’s cv and hope it all works out; it may be typical to recruitment, but we’re not a typical agency!

We know the industry so well. We have communicated with many people from all businesses during the recession and appreciate where and why so many have moved to and who knows who. This has given a lot of our clients an exciting mix of people from different businesses, but for the candidate interviewing, we understand the need to keep things confidential for as long as possible. Whether it’s organising people being interviewed off site to avoid signing the guest book(!), understanding who may be at that company that may spot a familiar face walking in, we really do try and cover all bases to keep things totally confidential.
